What you’re applying for
We’re looking for an experienced Manager, People Systems to oversee Workday HCM at Lemonade. You will be involved with all aspects of system administration and support, and will also assist in defining strategy, managing projects, and developing solutions.
As a key member of the People team, you’ll shape how employees experience our people systems from onboarding to everyday workflows. Your mission isn’t just to automate processes, but to make them simpler, smarter, and more human. You’ll work closely with our Operations, Talent Acquisition and Finance teams, especially around Workday, to build scalable solutions that remove friction, support growth, and unlock efficiency across the entire company.

Lemonade's US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 to $142,500 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Speak to your recruiter to hear more about the specific salary range for your preferred location.
