Job Purpose Statement:
The Performance and Talent Manager is entrusted with designing, implementing, and managing talent management and performance strategies to support the company’s objectives. This role focuses on optimizing performance processes, developing talent, and ensuring a strong succession pipeline that supports both business performance and employee growth.
Roles & Responsibility:

Develop and implement talent management programs, including succession planning, career pathing, and leadership development.

Manage the full cycle of performance management: goal setting, reviews, feedback, and performance improvement plans.

Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.

Design and deliver training, mentoring, and coaching programs for high-potential employees and leadership.

Lead regular talent reviews and manage the identification and career management of top talent.

Oversee the development of KPIs and metrics for talent and performance initiatives, track and report results to senior leadership.

Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and department heads to ensure talent strategies are aligned with business needs.

Ensure all talent management practices are compliant with labor laws and support diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.

Communicate program effectiveness through regular insights, reports, and recommendations to management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Years and Nature of Experience:

Minimum 5 years progressive experience in HR/talent management, with a strong record in performance management and talent development.

Proven success designing and implementing talent management, appraisal, and succession planning programs.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Deep knowledge of performance appraisal systems, career development frameworks, and learning management systems.

Certification in talent management (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus

Excellent data analysis skills and experience with HR metrics and KPIs.
