Role Purpose

Monitoring Corporate Performance Management while developing the company’s quality plan and strategy.

Position Information

  • Unit: Strategy & Innovation
  • Division: Corporate Strategy
  • Location: Muscat
  • Grade: L3
  • Line Manager: Senior Manager Strategy Execution
  • Direct reports: Nil

Minimum Role Requirements

  • Bachelor in relevant discipline
  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience

Key Accountabilities

  • Review Omantel’s performance reporting needs
  • Review KPIs tracking methodology to ensure in-depth tracking of performance
  • Monitor all Omantel departments KPIs and analyze if they are moving in line with company strategy
  • Oversee the implementation of the strategic programs and initiatives, and report on their progress
  • Measure performance against targets and consolidate for CEO/ BoD review
  • Highlight major deviations and collecting proposed corrective actions
  • Develop Omantel’s quality vision and mission, and quality strategy
  • Review annual quality compliance plan for all quality compliance and assessment activities
  • Ensure development of adequate corrective action plans in case of discrepancies
