Minimum Role Requirements

Bachelor in relevant discipline

6-8 years of relevant work experience
Key Accountabilities
-
Review Omantel’s performance reporting needs
-
Review KPIs tracking methodology to ensure in-depth tracking of performance
-
Monitor all Omantel departments KPIs and analyze if they are moving in line with company strategy
-
Oversee the implementation of the strategic programs and initiatives, and report on their progress
-
Measure performance against targets and consolidate for CEO/ BoD review
-
Highlight major deviations and collecting proposed corrective actions
-
Develop Omantel’s quality vision and mission, and quality strategy
-
Review annual quality compliance plan for all quality compliance and assessment activities
-
Ensure development of adequate corrective action plans in case of discrepancies
