Full-Time | Monday to Saturday | 9-Hour Shift

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, organized, and friendly Front Desk General manager to greet & manage patients, doctors and staff. If you are confident with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet, fluent in English, and can handle front desk responsibilities with patience and professionalism, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check and monitor patients & doctors logs.
• Relationship management with patients.
• Collect feedback from patients.
• Manage maintenance of centre's infrastructure and inventory of medical items and stationary.
• Manage the centre's decor and positive vibe.
• Handle and unite the team as a team leader.
• Handle Zoom and Google Meet setups for virtual consults and meetings as per IST especially for foreign clients/patients
• Attend and respond to calls and WhatsApp messages when required
• Assist in maintaining progress sheets and patient case files for doctors
• Greet and guide patients with politeness, kindness, and clarity

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Google sheets
• Comfortable using Zoom/Google Meet
• Good understanding and communication in English (spoken and written)
• Well-organized, presentable, and patient-focused
• Prior experience in medical or clinic front desk roles is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

• Malad East, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
