Manager Planning

1) Overall Responsibilty of Planning for all the Sites

2) Site project experience on high rise commercial or residential/ Hospital building projects.

3) Overseeing actual project progress versus the planned work milestones.

4) Monitoring, adjusting and updating the cost plan and cash flows accordingly and the consolidation of these results in weekly reports.

5) Reviewing in conjunction with the Project Manager or Construction Manager any potential changes, and in turn measuring where possible future saving or additional costs can be identified. Supervising the planning requirements for the project delivery.

6) Establishing and maintaining schedule baselines and ensure project control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance.

7) Preparing and reviewing proposals and site plans in conformance with codes and local and national regulations.

8) Working closely with the PMC, client, sub - consultants and Architect.

9) Reviewing the overall project status with the project management team and recommend corrective action where necessary.

Years of Experience – 8 – 15 Years

Real Estate Experience – Must Have

Qualifications – BE - Civil

CTC – 10 - 11 LPA

Location – Khar West

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
