Manager-Pricing

We are excited to announce that we are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the Manager - Pricing in Motor Sector.

Role Purpose: To maintain Tawuniya’s economic stability by providing recommendations on policy pricing guidelines, mapping price ranges to risk profiles, supporting development/testing of actuarial models and tools, and controlling contract risks.

Required Qualifications

• Strong statistical, actuarial, or analytical background , with the ability to translate data into pricing strategy and business insights
• Proven hands-on experience with one or more analytical tools: SQL, SAS, R, and/or Python
• Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing a pricing or financial portfolio , including performance monitoring and risk assessment
• Ability to build, maintain, and interpret pricing models to support strategic decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience leading or managing a team , including mentoring analysts and overseeing deliverables
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Finance, Underwriting, Sales) to drive pricing initiatives
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex analyses to senior stakeholders.
