The Operation Manager will play a key role in building a structured, efficient, and scalable operational framework for the company. This role involves policy drafting, process improvement, project management, and ensuring effective cross-department collaboration to support the organization’s sales and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Policy & SOP Development:

o Create, update, and implement internal policies, SOPs, and operational procedures to support company operations.

o Continuously review existing processes to improve efficiency and productivity

2. Process Standardization:

o Define and standardize key workflows across sales, inventory, logistics, after-sales, and finance to ensure operational consistency and efficiency.

3. Project Management:

o Lead cross-functional projects such as channel restructuring, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives.

4. Performance Monitoring:

o Establish and track key operational KPIs, analyze performance data, and identify improvement areas.

5. Cross-Department Coordination:

o Collaborate with sales, marketing, warehouse, finance, and HR teams to ensure smooth policy implementation.

o Work closely with sales, marketing, HR, finance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.

o Bridge communication between departments and management for smooth workflow

6. Risk , Policy & Compliance Control:

o Ensure company-wide adherence to operational policies and compliance requirements.

o Implement internal control systems to minimize risk and improve accountability.

o Identify potential operational risks and ensure compliance with both internal policies and external regulations.

7. Training & Enforcement:

o Conduct training sessions to ensure staff understand and follow operational standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/ Masters Degree.

Other Skills

· Strong understanding of systems, infrastructure, and business applications.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and generate insights.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

· Fluency in English and Malayalam is mandatory.

· Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

· Process Optimization & Automation

· Experience in creating and managing SOPs and IT process frameworks.

Experience

· Strong expertise in process creation, policy implementation, and performance monitoring.

· Proven ability to take strategic decisions and lead cross-functional teams effectively.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

· Proficient in using ERP/CRM systems, MS Office, and other business management tools.

Compensation and Benefits

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
