About the team:
Our team plays a key role in supporting the bidding process for construction build outs to general contractors. We provide comprehensive dashboarding and analytical insights that enhance qualification and negotiation efforts. By leveraging expertise in vendor relationship management, category strategy, and financial analysis, the team ensures effective collaboration with stakeholders. Focused on delivering actionable data and strategic recommendations, the team drives informed decision-making to meet business objectives while maintaining compliance with company policies and standards. This collaborative environment fosters continuous improvement and supports successful project outcomes.

What you'll do...

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals to optimize category performance and cost savings.
  • Manage supplier relationships by assessing capabilities, monitoring performance, and negotiating contracts to ensure compliance and value delivery.
  • Analyze financial and business data to support decision-making and track progress against financial targets.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans within supply chains and contract management processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement innovative procurement solutions and continuous process improvements.
  • Lead contract reviews, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to influence decisions and drive results.

  • Proven expertise in procurement with strong vendor relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Solid financial acumen to analyze business data and support financial goal attainment.
  • Experience developing and executing category strategies to optimize supplier performance and reduce risks.
  • Ability to manage contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating contract-related risks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills using data-driven approaches to identify and resolve procurement challenges.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills to build partnerships and drive business solutions.
  • Proficiency in leveraging digital tools to improve procurement processes and supplier management.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
