What is Manager Product – Liability & Bancassurance - MMBL?

Manager Product - Liability & Bancassurance is responsible to support in developing & managing deposit (Liability) related banking products, pricing & management of deposit & Banca products. The role involves assisting in market analysis, stakeholders’ coordination, marketing campaigns & product compliance with regulatory requirements.

What Manager Product – Liability & Bancassurance does - MMBL?

Product Development & Management:

• Assist in the development & enhancement of liability (deposit) & Banca products (CASA, Term deposit & specialized deposit schemes) based on market research & customers insight.
• Assist in the development & enhancement of Bancassurance products (life, health, general insurance) in collaboration with insurance partners.
• Assist in Improvement of customers experience by introducing innovative feathers and digital banking solutions.

Pricing & Budgeting:

• Assist in setting competitive pricing strategies for liability & Banca products based on market trends.
• Monitor cost of funds & recommend pricing adjustments to maintain profitability.
• Help in preparing annual product budgets & forecasting the products performance.

Sales support & business Coordination:

• Provide support to the sales team by developing training materials & product guides.
• Monitor product performance in the market and develop key product performance metrics
• Assist in designing incentive programs to drive sales effectiveness.

Marketing & Campaign Management:

• Coordinate with the marketing team for product promotion & awareness campaigns.
• Assist in developing content for brochures, digital marketing & customers communication.
• Conduct customers feedback surveys to assess product performance & satisfaction.

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure all liability & Banca products comply with regulatory guidelines.
• Assess risk associated with pricing, customers retention & market fluctuations.
• Develop incentive structure to drive sales effectiveness.
• Manage risks related to claims handling, mis-selling and customers satisfaction.

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Manager Product – Liability & Bancassurance?

Required Qualification & Experience:

• Experience in liability (deposit) & Bancassurance product development/management is highly preferable, in banking domain only.
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Finance or related field
• Minimum -year experience in product development/management
