Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Manager – Production to lead and execute end-to-end production for weddings and large-scale events. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor management skills, hands-on event execution experience, and the ability to deliver flawless weddings within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute complete wedding production including décor, lighting, sound, staging, logistics, and installations
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
• Oversee on-ground production teams before, during, and after events
• Manage production budgets, negotiate with vendors, and control costs without compromising quality
• Create detailed production schedules, layouts, and execution plans
• Conduct site inspections and manage venue-related technical requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges in real time during events
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and brand standards
• Maintain vendor relationships and identify new production partners

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in wedding or event production management
• Strong knowledge of wedding décor, event setups, lighting, and technical production
• Proven ability to manage multiple events and high-pressure timelines
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Strong budgeting and cost-control experience
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends
• Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling luxury or large-scale weddings
• Knowledge of current wedding trends and production innovations
• Ability to lead large on-ground teams efficiently
