Manager Production-Towel

We are hiring Manager Production (Towel)

Location: Site Area, Rasheedabad ,Karachi.

Education: Minimum Graduation from any reputable HEC recognized University/Institute.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience on similar role.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entire production process, from cutting to packing.
• Optimize workflows to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure that production meets quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement best practices in production management and continuous improvement.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of supervisors and workers, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Skills and Traits:

• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards..
• In-depth knowledge of towel production processes, including cutting, stitching, and packing.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
