Manager Production(Semi-Solid)

We are hiring a Manager Production (Semi-Solid) at our factory based in Karachi with a minimum of 05 to 07 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

What required:

· Possess extensive experience in the manufacturing of semi-solid pharmaceutical products.

· Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring adherence to all regulatory and company standards.

· Meet production schedules and ensure timely order completion.

· Demonstrates effective leadership through clear communication, utilizing department meetings, one-on-ones, and emails to share information appropriately.

· Plans, organizes, and directs daily operations to exceed company targets for safety, productivity, quality, and customer expectations.

· Leads initiatives for the continuous improvement of processes and systems to enhance future production efforts.

· Develops and implements manufacturing policies and programs to improve operational profitability and competitive positioning.

· Partners with the Plant Head to establish performance plans and objectives aligned with the company's strategic goals.

What you bring to us:

· D- Pharm degree (Advanced degree preferred)

· Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

· Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity.
