Sales Manager - Consumer Product (Nicotine Pouches)

Position Title: Sales Manager
Location: Karachi (On-site)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the national sales operations for an upcoming consumer product launch in the nicotine pouches category. The role requires market understanding, distribution experience, and the ability to drive sales growth from ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a national distribution and retail sales network.
  • Develop and execute sales and trade marketing strategies.
  • Identify key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Monitor sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends.
  • Lead a growing team of sales representatives and area managers.
  • Achieve revenue and growth objectives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Monthly sales target achievement ≥ 100%.
  • Market coverage growth ≥ 30% quarterly.
  • Distributor satisfaction score ≥ 90%.
  • Revenue growth ≥ 20% quarter-on-quarter.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of FMCG or consumer product sales experience.
  • Strong background in channel sales, retail, and trade marketing.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and team management skills.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
