Manager - Profit Protection

Here's your chance to step into the role of Manager - Profit Protection - Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Conduct regular reviews of revenue processes across attractions, hotels, F&B outlets, and retail operations to identify anomalies or leakage
• Conduct regular review of revenue streams across all operations and reconciling it with source system and General Ledger
• Monitor and ensure adequate controls are in place for high-risk activities such as discounts, voids, comps, refunds, and manual entries in POS and booking systems
• Collaborate with operational teams to improve processes related to cash handling, inventory control, ticket validation, and customer transactions
• Work with finance and IT teams to build exception-based reports and dashboards that highlight potential loss areas
• Drive awareness and training across front-line and supervisory staff on fraud prevention and loss control measures
• Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to revenue protection
• Support internal audit and external assurance reviews by providing relevant data, insights, and follow-up actions
• Contribute to periodic profit protection reviews and risk assessments across all business units
• Support risk assessments and help maintain a comprehensive risk and control matrix for all operational units
• Evaluate controls around inventory depletion, ticket sales, promotional campaigns, and vendor transactions to ensure alignment with group policies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial standards, and applicable laws/regulations
