Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Male Purchase & Dispatch Officer to oversee procurement and dispatch activities for project sites. The role requires strong vendor management, material planning, logistics coordination, and documentation accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end purchase process for PEB & fabrication materials
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
  • Raise purchase orders, ensure timely delivery, and track material movement
  • Coordinate dispatch schedules with site engineers & logistics partners
  • Monitor stock levels and maintain material records in Tally/ERP
  • Prepare and verify delivery challans, invoices, gate passes, GRNs, etc.
  • Ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality
  • Resolve vendor queries and maintain strong supplier relationships
  • Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and project teams

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Preference: B.Com / BBA / Diploma in Supply Chain)
  • 6–7 years of relevant experience in PEB / Steel / Construction industry
  • Proficiency in Tally / ERP & MS Excel
  • Strong negotiation, documentation, and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle multi-site dispatch planning and timelines
  • Should be ready to travel to sites when required

Work Type: Full-time, On-site

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
