Manager - Quality and Compliance

Role Overview

This is a high-impact, multitasking role at the heart of Invigilate’s quality operations. You will be responsible for ensuring quality across all deliverables, verifying critical tasks, and acting as a bridge between operational teams and the CEO’s office. Your work will directly impact the efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Audits: Review and verify outputs across projects to ensure they meet defined quality standards.
  • Task Verification: Cross-check completion and accuracy of assigned tasks across departments.
  • Reporting: Prepare concise, accurate reports for the CEO on project status, quality gaps, and improvement measures.
  • Compliance Checks: Ensure processes comply with NCVET guidelines, client requirements, and internal SOPs.
  • Issue Escalation: Identify and report deviations, risks, or bottlenecks promptly.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend and implement measures to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with teams (operations, tech, HR, client relations) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Special Projects: Support CEO with strategic initiatives and high-priority operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Operations, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 3–7 years’ experience in quality assurance, auditing, or operational oversight (assessment/ed-tech preferred).
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
