About the Role
The Manager – Quality Management is responsible for supporting the implementation and ongoing management of KSIADC’s Quality Management Framework by ensuring adherence to Corporate Business Processes, policies, and quality standards. The role focuses on executing quality assessments, monitoring compliance, identifying gaps, and coordinating improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and consistency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and quality governance

Support the implementation of the Quality Management framework in alignment with Corporate Excellence objectives.

Assist in maintaining governance mechanisms to ensure consistent application of corporate business processes.

Compile and analyze quality performance data and prepare reports for senior management.

Provide inputs and recommendations on quality performance, compliance levels, and improvement opportunities.
Process compliance and quality assurance

Monitor adherence to Corporate Business Processes across all departments.

Conduct periodic quality audits and process compliance assessments.
-
Identify deviations, inefficiencies, and non-compliance issues and document findings.
-
Ensure timely implementation and tracking of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Support initiatives to improve operational efficiency and quality performance.
-
Assist departments in implementing corrective actions and improving compliance.
-
Promote adoption of best practices and quality standards across the organization.
Budget management

Support preparation of the Quality Management budget.

Monitor utilization of resources allocated to quality initiatives.
Quality Program Planning

Support development and tracking of quality KPIs and compliance metrics.

Prepare periodic reports on process adherence, risks, and improvement actions.

Identify operational and quality risks and escalate to the Director.

Assist in developing risk mitigation plans and improvement initiatives.

Coordinate with departments to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
Quality Program Implementation and Monitoring

Execute quality programs and initiatives across the organization.

Coordinate workshops and awareness sessions on quality practices and standards.
-
Monitor progress of quality initiatives against KPIs and timelines.

Conduct follow-ups and support evaluation of program effectiveness.
Processes and Procedures

Support development and documentation of quality processes and procedures.

Ensure implementation and compliance with approved processes.
-
Identify improvement opportunities and recommend process enhancements.
Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with departments to ensure implementation of quality standards.

Provide ongoing support to teams on quality-related matters.

Facilitate communication between Quality Management and business units.
People Management

Supervise and guide junior team members or analysts.
-
Review deliverables and ensure quality of outputs.

Support training and capability development initiatives.
Technical Skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field

Professional certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, EFQM, or Six Sigma are considered an advantage.
Experience
-
5–7 years of experience in Quality Management, Business Excellence, or related fields
-
Experience in process audits, compliance monitoring, or quality assurance
-
Prior team handling experience is preferred
