Manager recovery

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of recovery officers.
• Assign daily tasks, follow-up lists, and priority cases to the team.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly recovery targets.
• Assist officers in handling difficult or escalated recovery cases.
• Conduct training on communication, negotiation, and recovery techniques.
• Review and update daily recovery reports and MIS records.
• Ensure all recovery activities follow company policies and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with management for reporting and strategy improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in Recovery, including team leading/supervision experience.
• Strong understanding of recovery procedures and delinquent account handling.
