Pitch development and management

Collaborate with senior business leaders to develop high-impact client pitch decks and presentation materials for the APAC retail team

Support client-facing solution development by preparing tailored presentation materials aligned with client objectives and business needs.

Translate complex research data and insights into clear, visually appealing charts, graphs, and infographics for client presentations.
-
Assist in structuring content and narratives that effectively communicate business solutions to diverse client stakeholders.
-
Organize and manage a centralized repository of research reports, market databases, presentation templates, and past pitch decks for efficient project execution.

Ensure all deliverables meet rigorous standards of accuracy, professionalism, and brand consistency to enhance client engagement and trust
Research and database management
-
Conduct comprehensive market research using online sources, secondary data, and cross-border intelligence to analyze retail trends and opportunities.

Analyse data from internal CRM databases to identify key accounts and client relationships
-
Monitor and analyze retail real estate supply trends, consumer behavior, and occupier strategies across international markets with a focus on APAC.

Develop and maintain knowledge of international retail property market dynamics, including market entry strategies, store formats, and sector-specific challenges.

Work collaboratively across transactions, research, valuations, and consulting teams to integrate data and insights into cohesive client proposals.

Proactively review workplace systems / processes to innovate and continuously improve the business performance and workplace experience

Occasional requirement to work extended hours during peak times or to assist with major functions/events

Development of operational standards / playbooks / operating manuals for all aspects of the business
