The Manager – Retention will oversee the renewal process, maintain strong client relationships, and lead the Retention team to achieve full retention targets while upholding 100% compliance standards.

Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and renewals.

Manage renewal communications, handle escalations, and confirm renewals.

Organize clients by policy type and renewal date for efficient follow-up.

Attend client meetings independently or with the Head of Department.

Conduct daily team huddles to review priorities and performance.

Motivate and guide the team, fostering accountability and collaboration.

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth renewal processing.

Ensure accuracy and compliance in all client documentation.

Review Compliance and Aging Reports regularly.

Enforce adherence to audit, data privacy, and regulatory standards.

Oversee end-to-end renewal process and assist with claims-related queries.

Verify underwriting and renewal documentation.

Draft professional client communications and renewal proposals.

Prepare monthly performance and renewal reports.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the team.

Ensure timely completion of renewals and prevent operational delays.

Support client engagement across multiple business lines.

Achieve set retention and audit compliance targets

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related discipline.

FIII or AIII certification (mandatory).

8+ years of experience in insurance or client servicing.

Strong leadership, communication, and MS Office skills.

Proven experience in Commercial Lines – Underwriting & Retention.
