IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

The position is responsible for managing revenue processes including billing, collections, and complaint resolution, ensuring timely and accurate revenue realization in compliance with legal and ethical standards. It focuses on achieving revenue targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and optimizing operational efficiency under strategic supervision.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Ensure effective implementation of receivables management policies to support financial accuracy and control.
• Monitor billing registers for completeness and accuracy, investigating any major discrepancies.
• Oversee precise and timely preparation and dispatch of monthly invoices.
• Drive recovery efforts from active customers in alignment with assigned targets.
• Resolve billing complaints within defined turnaround times—24 hours for CRM and 12 hours for priority cases.
• Process customer account adjustments and maintain comprehensive audit-ready records.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification & Experience:

• MBA Finance, ACCA, ICMA
• Experience 3 to 5 years preferred

Competencies:

• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Microsoft Excel & Power Point
• Business Communication
