IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL


In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and strengthening all sales channels to expand the customer base and drive market share growth. The position involves analyzing sales data and customer insights to support effective sales planning, ensuring a deep understanding of consumer needs and product demand. You’ll work to enhance channel performance , optimize targeting strategies, and contribute to achieving overall business growth objectives through data-driven decision-making and market-focused execution.


HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT


  1. Support regional sales channels to achieve assigned monthly targets as per quality benchmark.
  2. Facilitate in sales planning by analysis of information to get better understanding of customers and target
  3. Continuous improvement and increase in retail network
  4. Collect data from regions to perform trend analysis to further improve conversion ratio in regions via data analytics tools.
  5. Ensures Compliance with Trade and Channel Teams
  6. Drives Process Improvement Through Cluster Analysis and Training


WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL


Qualification:

• from HEC recognized university MBA (Sales / Marketing)/ equivalent degree.

• Relevant experience 2-4 years

• Level of business understanding should be high.

• Sales monitoring & growth

• Quality of Sales

• Strong Marketing skills

• Service Standard Implementation
