Manager Sales Capability

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Capability Development: Build end-to-end systems and people capability to drive medium- and long-term organizational performance.
  • Training: Design and execute functional and soft skill programs for the field team to elevate effectiveness.
  • Field Sales KPIs: Own goal setting, tracking, and performance delivery to ensure consistent achievement of targets.
  • Sales Process Automation & Digitization: Lead initiatives to streamline operations and enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • DSO Onboarding & Performance Management: Manage onboarding, development, and evaluations of distributor sales operations.
  • TPR Budget Governance: Act as the single point of contact for planning, tracking, and optimizing trade promotion budgets.
