IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL


Facilitate towards business growth by acquiring and providing administrative services to new customers &Identify potential/dry areas to ensure increase in company revenue.


HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT


  • Provide support to teams to achieve their monthly targets while adhering to quality benchmarks.
  • Ensure territory sales targets are efficiently distributed across teams and territories to achieve the targets.
  • Ensures implementation of sales planning for all PTCL brands in the territory
  • Follow up on all pending orders with relevant teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with business operation teams for timely installation of all orders of respective teams to help teams to improve conversion ratios.
  • Work towards continuous improvement and expansion of the retail network in respective territory.
  • Ensuring direct delivery to channels with agreed service level, productivity and controlling out of stock to channel through distributors and franchisees.
  • Collaborate with the trade marketing and channel development teams to ensure 100% compliance with agreed policies within the teams.
  • Follow up of bill payments for new customers.
  • Ensure quality of sales within territory
  • Identify areas for improvement in sales channels and help regional sales management to develop strategies to improve performance.
  • Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.


WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL


Qualification:


  • BBA/ equivalent degree/ experience.
  • Certification in Selling is an art will be a plus.


Experience:


  • Experience in the field of sales & distribution.
  • Experience in managing internal & external stakeholders.
