Manager Sales & Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales operations across multiple branches while developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail confectionery brand environment and is passionate about driving business growth through exceptional team management and innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Staff Management & Operations

  • Lead the scheduling, training, and performance management of sales staff across our three branches within Multan.
  • Develop comprehensive training programs that ensure consistent customer service excellence and product knowledge.
  • Create and optimize staff schedules to maintain appropriate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide ongoing coaching, and implement development plans to build a high-performing sales team.

Multi-Branch Coordination

  • Maintain a visible presence across all branch locations within Multan, traveling between sites as needed to monitor operations, support staff, and ensure brand standards are consistently upheld.
  • Ensure efficiency in demand and supply cycle across all three branches.
  • Address operational challenges in real-time and implement solutions that can be scaled across the organization.
  • Foster a collaborative culture among branches while adapting strategies to meet the unique needs of each location.

Sales Growth & Strategy

  • Analyze sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth. Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and upselling techniques that drive transaction values and customer frequency.
  • Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for each branch and individual team members.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to keep the brand competitive and relevant.

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage social media platforms, create compelling content, and leverage digital marketing tools including email marketing, online advertising, and influencer partnerships.
  • Develop promotional calendars aligned with seasonal opportunities, local events, and product launches.
  • Conceptualize and execute traditional marketing campaigns including print advertising, outdoor billboards, in-store promotions, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Track campaign performance and adjust strategies based on ROI and engagement metrics.
  • Design and implement loyalty programs, seasonal promotions, and limited-time offers that drive foot traffic.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, packaging materials, and signage that maintain consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in retail, food service, or hospitality
  • Proven track record of managing multi-site operations and teams
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and social media management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between our three branch locations daily
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Staff Management Efficiency: Employee retention rate, training completion rates, and schedule adherence
  • Branch Coverage & Presence: Number of branch visits per week, response time to operational issues, and staff satisfaction scores
  • Sales Performance: Month-over-month sales growth, average transaction value, and achievement of branch-specific targets
  • Marketing Effectiveness: Social media engagement rates, follower growth, campaign conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and return on marketing investment
  • Training & Development: New hire onboarding completion time, product knowledge assessment scores, and customer service ratings
