Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Cable Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our electrical cable products, increase brand awareness, and drive sales growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the electrical cable industry, strong marketing acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities.

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
Create and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including market penetration, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.

Product Promotion:
Develop and manage promotional campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, trade shows, and other events to increase product visibility and demand.

Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales tools, presentations, and training materials that support the sales process and customer engagement.

Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry partners, and stakeholders.

Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

Experience

Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in the electrical cable or related industry.

Skills:

Strong understanding of the electrical cable market and industry trends.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
