Manager - Sales & Marketing

  • Drive sales growth by managing export buyers and achieving revenue, order, and margin targets.
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans, forecasts, and competitive pricing strategies to ensure profitability.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Expand into new international markets and strengthen global business presence.
  • Build and manage key accounts while maintaining strong, long-term buyer relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with international workwear standards (ISO & NFPA) and buyer technical requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
  • Monitor KPIs including revenue growth, margin performance, customer acquisition, and delivery efficiency.

Requirements & Skills

  • Education: MBA Marketing / B.Sc. Textile Engineering
  • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and buyer-handling skills, particularly in local and export workwear markets.
