Manager Sales & Marketing (Airbnb) - Property Manager

Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase property/apartment listings and bookings on Airbnb.
  • Identify and engage with internal vacant units to grow the portfolio.
  • Optimize listing content, pricing, and promotion strategies to maximize visibility and occupancy.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with guests.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and revenue opportunities.
  • Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, and email marketing etc.
  • Generate reports on sales performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with operations to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, only in the hospitality or real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of Airbnb platform strategies and trends.
  • Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
