
Manager Sales & Marketing (Airbnb) - Property Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase property/apartment listings and bookings on Airbnb.
- Identify and engage with internal vacant units to grow the portfolio.
- Optimize listing content, pricing, and promotion strategies to maximize visibility and occupancy.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with guests.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and revenue opportunities.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, and email marketing etc.
- Generate reports on sales performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with operations to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless experiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, only in the hospitality or real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of Airbnb platform strategies and trends.
- Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
