Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify business opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close property sales deals effectively.

2. Team Leadership

  • Train and mentor sales agents to ensure high performance.
  • Set individual and team sales targets, and monitor progress.
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
  • Oversee client communications to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.

4. Marketing & Networking

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns.
  • Represent the company at networking events, property exhibitions, and open houses.
  • Maintain a professional presence in the community to enhance brand visibility.

5. Administrative & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for senior management.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and legal documentation related to sales.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws and ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in real estate (3–7 years preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
