Manager Sales — Solar Solar / Renewable Energy

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our solar energy sales operations. This is a senior individual contributor and team leadership role requiring a strong command of B2B solar sales, client acquisition, and revenue pipeline management. The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, technically conversant with solar solutions, and capable of closing high-value deals independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales of solar energy solutions — from prospecting and site assessment coordination to proposal, negotiation, and closure
• Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline across residential, commercial, and/or industrial segments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and channel partners
• Identify new market opportunities and drive territory growth
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth handover post-sale
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence for senior management
• Mentor and guide junior sales staff where applicable

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

What We Are Looking For

• 5–8 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in solar, renewable energy, or a related technical sales field
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of solar systems (on-grid, off-grid, hybrid) preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and reporting discipline
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred

Pay: Rs175,000.00 - Rs210,000.00 per month
