Manager | SAP MM | Hyderabad | SAP

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Manager to lead and oversee SAP Materials Management projects and teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing end-to-end implementations, and ensuring seamless integration of procurement and inventory processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy
• Define SAP MM roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead project planning, resource allocation, and delivery within timelines and budgets.
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients and internal stakeholders on SAP MM best practices.
• Solution Design & Implementation
• Oversee requirement gathering, business blueprint preparation, and functional specifications for RICEFW objects.
• Ensure robust design and configuration of SAP MM processes including procurement, sourcing, inventory, and vendor management.
• Drive integration with other SAP modules (SD, FI, PP, WM).
• Governance & Quality Assurance
• Establish governance frameworks for SAP MM projects.
• Monitor testing, UAT, and cutover activities ensuring quality deliverables.
• Team Management & Mentoring
• Manage and mentor SAP MM consultants and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct performance reviews and build capability within the team.
• Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Stay updated on S/4HANA migration strategies and lead transformation initiatives.

Skills:

• Leadership and stakeholder management.
• Advanced SAP MM configuration and customization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of ABAP debugging and SAP Fiori is a plus.
