MANAGER SECURITY

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Manager Security to oversee and enhance security operations. This role is ideal for a recently retired Armed Forces officer with strong leadership skills and experience managing large-scale security operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred)
• Recently retired officer from Armed Forces (Major / Lt. Commander – Infantry, Artillery, SSG, Operations)
• Proven leadership experience managing large security teams and operations
• Strong decision-making, crisis management, and communication skills
• Willingness to reside on-site or within the assigned community

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor security personnel to maintain discipline and high performance
• Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive security protocols and SOPs
• Ensure safety and protection of residents, property, and organizational assets
• Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and security reviews
• Implement corrective and preventive security measures
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
