Manager /Senior Manager Process Automation

Job Purpose:
To lead the design and execution of organization-wide Business Intelligence, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence initiatives. The role ensures that data-driven insights, automated workflows, and AI solutions are embedded across all business units to enhance efficiency, transparency, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and management of enterprise-level Power BI data models, dashboards, and performance monitoring systems.
• Lead automation of operational processes across departments through Python scripting, Power Automate, and API integrations.
• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines within Azure and Fabric environments, ensuring governance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Implement machine learning and predictive analytics models to support planning, forecasting, and optimization initiatives across the organization.
• Integrate Generative AI tools, including ChatGPT and Azure OpenAI, into daily workflows to enhance analysis, reporting, and decision support.
• Collaborate with all functional heads to identify, design, and deploy automation and analytics solutions aligned with corporate objectives.
• Ensure system performance, security, and license optimization across Azure, Fabric, and Power BI ecosystems.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to BI, Automation, and AI teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
