We at Shark Innovation Labs want to expand our team and are looking for recent graduates' industrial engineers for the position of "Jr. Process Analyst".
Responsibilities:
· Interact with key stakeholders to get the requirements.
· Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements.
· Analyze current ("as-is") business processes across various functions.
· Design and propose optimized ("to-be") processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
· Document as-is and to-be processes, including process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
· Lead the implementation of new processes, ensuring smooth integration.
· Take ownership of to-be processes, monitoring and refining them as needed.
· Establish metrics and KPIs to track process performance and outcomes.
· Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process alignment and support.
· Provide regular updates and reports on process performance.
· Assist in training team members and provide ongoing support for process adoption.
· Serve as a liaison between stakeholder and delivery team to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement, and implementations.
· Create and maintain meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries, and updates.
Requirements:
· 2-3 Years of Experience having bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science etc.
· Proficient in using analytical programs, spreadsheet software and flow-charting tools (like Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Lucid Charts, Balsamiq etc.).
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
· Excellent verbal and documentation skills.
· Ability to Understand Delegated Objectives.
· Able to professionally conduct meetings with key stakeholders.
· Diligent with objectives and time management.
