Involved in sales promotion activities & generating leads.

Should have experience on selling High end residential projects.

Responsible for achieving & exceeding sales targets and revenues.

Taking prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process.

Follow up with the booked client’s & ensuring collection of booking amount

Maintaining good relationship with booked clients & getting referral leads.

Cold calling, following up with the lead provided in CRM, ensuring the clients provided with project details through emails, direct phone calls, arranging for site visits.

Follow-up with Presales team on regular basis and to provide essential details and briefing of the Project to Presales Team.

Analyzing market research data to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures and to assess customer requirements and needs.

Customer relationship management.

Achieving projected sales figure by converting the leads into business.

Should have excellent communication skills and pleasing personality.
