Job Purpose:

The job holder will be responsible for executing comprehensive stakeholder engagement activities including building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders ensuring organization's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

CEO Business Support & Action Management:

  • Attend meetings with the CEO, capture key discussions, document decisions, and prepare detailed action lists.
  • Own and manage the CEO’s action list, ensuring timely follow-up with relevant departments and stakeholders.
  • Provide the CEO with regular status updates, highlighting progress, delays, and critical issues requiring attention.
  • Draft high-quality reports, briefs, and presentations to update the CEO and senior leadership and management on business progress and key issues / challenges.
  • Conduct initial analysis on financial, technical, or operational matters to support informed decision-making.
  • Lead and manage special projects delivering comprehensive solutions from initiation to completion including spearheading key tasks like due diligence, historical and current document review, commercial assessments, and contract review.
  • Anticipate CEO requirements by proactively gathering and organizing relevant data, documents, and insights.
  • Identify opportunities that will support the Company in meeting / exceeding targets across each of the Company scorecard metrics.
  • Monitor stakeholder activity/progress to ensure that targets are met/exceeded.

Stakeholder Relations & Representation:

  • Represent the CEO in meetings and engagements with key stakeholders (e.g., Intercompany and Vertical, Management, government authorities, VIP clients, investors, consultants).
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth collaboration and foster trust.
  • Act as a point of contact for stakeholder inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication aligned with the CEO’s priorities.
  • Support the CEO in preparing for high-level stakeholder meetings, including briefing notes, dossiers, and follow-up reports.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Ensure consistent and timely communication of CEO directives to internal departments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Development, Delivery, C&P, Legal, Operations, etc.) to consolidate updates and deliverables for the CEO.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure business objectives are achieved on schedule.
  • Maintain a confidential and well-organized filing system (digital and physical) of CEO office documentation.
  • Prepare internal and external correspondences (email, formal letters) to initiate or respond to matters raised by key internal and external stakeholders.
