Manager Store Design and planning

• Comprehensive Design Oversight: Manage all retail store design, SIS (Store-in-Store) design, and site development planning from initial concept to completion.
• End-to-End Project Management: Lead projects through all phases including:
• Schematic design development
• Property analysis and feasibility studies
• Design feasibility assessments
• Concept layout selection and optimization
• Material specification and sourcing
• Conceptual and detailed planning coordination
• Technical Coordination: Oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) planning and integration
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with mall management and landlords (LL) for approvals and compliance
• Team Leadership: Direct and mentor project managers, providing guidance on construction detailing and technical execution
• Strategic Planning & Innovation
• Design Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive design strategies aligned with brand vision
• Resource Optimization: Ensure effective resource management through strategic forward planning
• Process Innovation: Streamline existing workflows and introduce innovative processes that support organizational objectives
• Sustainability Leadership: Evaluate, select, and implement new materials and sustainable design practices
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards across all design deliverables and project outcomes
