Office of Ananya Birla is looking to onboard a Manager – Strategy & Operations to join our Mumbai office.

Location: Worli, Mumbai

This is a high-impact role within the Founder’s Office , offering direct exposure to strategic decision-making across multiple businesses. The incumbent will work closely with senior leadership on Growth initiatives, Business performance reviews, Greenfield and Brownfield expansions, Capital planning, Governance, and Special projects driven by the Founder’s agenda.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Strong business and financial acumen

• Experience in Strategy Consulting or high-impact Corporate Strategy / Promoter’s office roles

• An MBA from a premier institution and/or CA qualification

• Ability to operate in fast-paced, complex, multi-business environments
