MANAGER, SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT

Primary Purpose of the Job:

Manage the development of the suppliers to establish an effiective eco-system to meet the supply chain requirements of the Engery sector and supprot State's economic diversification objectives

Required Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 15 years professional experience in with 10 years managerial experience in supply chain
• Experience in supplier development with exposure to Small and Medium Enterprises
• Experience in successfully developing and executing supply chain localization programs.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, planning, coordination, decision making, relationship and influencing skills.
• Ability to think strategically and balance diverse objectives and expectations.
• Experience in business development/supply chain in automotive/electronics sector highly desirable.
• Experience in working in large multi-national companies would be an advantage.

Educational Qualifications:

• University Degree in Engineering/ Supply Chain/Science.
