Position Summary

The Supply Chain Analytics Manager oversees the financial and operational data infrastructure and ETL pipelines that support core tire transportation and warehousing functions. This role ensures the integrity and availability of data used by leadership to drive informed decisions that enhance cost efficiency and customer service. The position provides strategic direction for analytical development, data and business intelligence standards, and project prioritization within the team.

Key responsibilities include leading the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, as well as preparing variance analyses to support the month‑end financial close. The role also directs business intelligence initiatives to strengthen data flow and communication across corporate, field, and customer stakeholders. Additionally, the position is accountable for developing analytical talent by training and upskilling analysts, rotational candidates, and interns, while supporting process improvement and automation initiatives across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Leading cross- functional forecasting & budgeting development.
  • Month end financial close and variance analysis.
  • Alteryx ETL pipeline maintenance and development.
  • Ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and integrity.
  • Develop data and analytics strategy.
  • Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Train, mentor, and upskill other analysts.
  • Advanced in ETL process (Alteryx, SQL, Python).
  • Advanced in BI visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding Data governance and quality assurance.
  • Experience with forecasting and predictive modeling.
  • Experience with integration (API, sFTP, ODBC etc).
  • Familiarity with supply chain systems (ERP, WMS, TMS).
  • Working knowledge with managerial accounting principles.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in business analytics, supply chain operations, finance or similar data-driven role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex datasets, automation pipelines, and advanced analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to translate technical insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience mentoring and developing analytical talent.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, analytics, finance, engineering, or related field; 6 y+ years of relevant experience including 3-5 years management or direct/indirect leadership experience.
  • Or Master's degree; 4+ years of relevant experience including 2-4 years management or direct/indirect leadership experience.
