- Design and implement robust talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with business and functional heads to forecast staffing needs and define role requirements.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Should have 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, preferably with prior Team Lead exposure in Recruitment Consultancy
- Build strong candidate pipelines through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, referrals, and campus engagement.
- Represent the company in campus drives, industry events, and job fairs.
- Partner with leadership teams and hiring managers to understand talent needs and team dynamics.
- Ensure clear communication, timely updates, and alignment with all stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Drive process improvements by leveraging HRMS/ATS tools (e.g., ZingHR, LinkedIn, Naukri).
- Track and analyse key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliance in all recruitment activities.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team, setting clear KPIs and ensuring timely achievement of hiring targets.
- Conduct hiring manager workshops on structured interviews and bias-free selection techniques.
- Prior experience in the automobile, manufacturing, or multi-location retail sectors preferred.
- Proficient in recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; capable of managing high recruitment volumes.
- Ready to travel across branches as required.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam preferred.
