THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION BASED IN BANGALORE, INDIA.

THE ROLE

As the Talent Operations Manager, you'll be the engine behind MPOWER's talent engine — owning end-to-end recruiting delivery, workforce planning, recruiting infrastructure, and people analytics. You'll partner closely with our Leadership, Finance, and People teams to build scalable, data-driven systems that enable hypergrowth and operational excellence.

This is a hybrid leadership role, combining hands-on recruiting with strategic operations and system ownership.

  • Leading end-to-end recruiting across multiple functions while owning the annual hiring plan, recruiting budget, and partnership with Finance for forecasting and reconciliation.
  • Managing pipelines, prioritizing business-critical hires, and ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Building and optimizing the recruiting infrastructure through Greenhouse automation, process standardization, and governance frameworks.
  • Owning full Greenhouse administration — maintaining system hygiene, role-based access, and approval chains; managing templates, integrations, and structured interview design. Enforcing compliance with GDPR and local data regulations while driving audit readiness and system excellence.
  • Designing and maintaining recruiting analytics dashboards to monitor time to hire, cost per hire, funnel efficiency, and recruiter performance. Translating data into insights that inform workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and leadership decision-making.
  • Partnering on compensation strategy and workforce planning to ensure equity, market competitiveness, and strategic alignment.
  • Leading talent programs and strategic initiatives such as campus hiring and internship programs with elite institutions like IIMs, IITs. Building pipelines that strengthen MPOWER's employer brand and future-ready workforce while driving continuous improvement across all talent operations.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, or Analytics preferred.
  • 10–12 years of progressive experience in Talent Operations, Recruiting/HR with minimum 5 years of experience managing a team.
  • Deep expertise in Greenhouse (admin-level), HRIS systems such as Charthop, and cross-system integrations.
  • Proven experience leading recruiting programs and systems in a high-growth, fast-scaling environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business decisions.
  • Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management, process design, and global compliance.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and project management skills with a passion for continuous improvement.

A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must, as well as comfort working with a global team across multiple time zones and locations!

In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload, tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, and 80-20 everything.
