Salary: PKR 250,000
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred)
Experience: 7–10 years including 3–5 years in technical training, instructional design, or capacity-building in engineering/manufacturing
Requirement: TOT (Train the Trainer) certification will be a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver technical training programs for engineers and technicians.
- Conduct training needs assessments and develop customized learning modules.
- Prepare training materials, manuals, and e-learning resources.
- Lead Train-the-Trainer initiatives for internal knowledge transfer.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams for relevant content.
- Stay updated with industry practices and integrate into training modules.
- Manage training budgets, schedules, and compliance documentation.
