Manager – Technical Training

• Develop, plan, and execute technical training programs to enhance workforce skills.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps and design targeted programs.
• Deliver training sessions using various methods (classroom, practical, e-learning).
• Ensure training aligns with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with department heads to define competency frameworks.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and track ROI through assessments and performance reviews.
• Update and maintain training materials, manuals, and technical documentation.
• Manage relationships with external trainers, institutes, and certification bodies.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the training team to ensure high-quality program delivery.
• Monitor and control training budgets while ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
