Job Summary
The Manager for the Test Center of Excellence (TCoE) will lead and oversee testing processes that ensure the highest quality standards for digital customer experiences at Saudia. This strategic role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will drive the implementation of innovative testing solutions that enhance reliability and performance across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:

Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Test Center of Excellence, aligning with business goals and customer needs.

Lead and manage a team of testing professionals, ensuring they have the skills, resources, and support to deliver high-quality testing solutions.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (business units, marketing, sales, operations, IT, vendors, partners, regulators) to ensure testing solutions meet requirements.

Monitor and measure performance and impact of testing solutions, using data and feedback to prioritize improvements.
Core Technical Functions:

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of testing platforms across projects and partners, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.

Manage the entire testing lifecycle: requirements analysis, test planning, execution, and reporting.

Implement and manage automated testing solutions for web, mobile apps, and APIs to increase depth, speed, and quality.

Establish and enforce best practices and standards for functional, regression, performance, security, and usability testing.

Ensure rigorous and faster testing to catch bugs earlier and improve delivery quality.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

Stay abreast of latest trends, technologies, and innovations in testing and the airline industry.

Evaluate new technologies for feasibility and potential impact on testing processes.

Drive innovation in testing solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Experience:
-
10+ years of experience in testing and quality assurance, preferably in the airline or travel industry.

5+ years of experience leading and managing testing teams.

Expert knowledge of testing methodologies and tools (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, user stories, prototyping).
