Job Summary

The Manager Trainee will undergo a structured training program to develop the skills and knowledge required to manage restaurant operations effectively. The role focuses on building leadership capabilities in operations, team management, financial performance, and customer service to prepare for a future managerial position within 6–12 months.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate staff activities to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
  • Participate in the recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation of team members.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales figures, budgets, and costs to achieve profitability goals.
  • Support the development and implementation of store-level marketing and promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with management to set performance goals and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Participate actively in leadership and management training programs designed to prepare for a managerial role.
  • Contribute to a positive and motivated team environment.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 0–5 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good command of English.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on challenges.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and across various locations if needed.
