Manager Transformation

UBL is looking to hire individuals as Transformation Manager to lead and execute strategic initiatives that drive organizational change, operational excellence, and business growth. This role partners with cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities, design future-state solutions, and implement transformation programs that enhance performance, agility, and customer value.

About the Role

Lead enterprise and departmental transformation programs from strategy development through execution by supporting the creation of transformation road-maps, business cases, and future-state operating models, while identifying high-impact opportunities for process, technology, and organizational improvements. Partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align on goals and progress, serving as the primary point of contact for project updates, performance reporting, and decision-making needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise and departmental transformation programs from strategy development through execution.
• Support the creation of transformation road-maps, business cases, and future-state operating models.
• Identify high-impact opportunities for process, technology, and organizational improvements.
• Partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align on goals and progress.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, performance reporting, and decision-making needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of experience in transformation, project management, or strategic operations preferably in banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of organizational design, process improvement, and change management.
• Excellent communication and facilitation ability.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in digital transformation or technology-enabled change (preferred).
