1. Warehouse Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch.
- Ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics.
- Implement and monitor KPIs to track operational performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
2. Inventory Control
- Ensure accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and reconciliation.
- Implement inventory control procedures to reduce losses and damages.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for demand planning and stock replenishment.
3. Team Management
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff.
- Assign daily tasks and responsibilities; ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct performance reviews and manage shift planning.
4. Process Improvement
- Identify areas of improvement and implement lean practices to streamline operations.
- Optimize warehouse layout for space utilization and workflow efficiency.
- Leverage warehouse management systems (WMS) and automation tools where applicable.
5. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
- Train staff on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
6. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on warehouse performance and inventory.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal departments (sales, procurement, finance).
- Address and resolve operational issues, customer complaints, and delivery challenges.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA - Supply Chain Management.
- 10 – 12 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
