Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Web Content Manager!
You will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of brand and promotional content across e-commerce websites and digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, high-performing web experiences that support business objectives, improve customer engagement, and drive measurable results.
Responsibilities
  • Own the management and execution of brand and promotional digital content across primary and internation e-commerce websites, supporting desktop, mobile, tablet, applications and user-generated content (UGC)
  • Partner closely with the Director and cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital content programs that support business goals and improve customer engagement, site usability, and UX
  • Manage and mentor Web Content Associates/Specialists, providing direction for daily content execution, QA, reporting, and optimization
  • Oversee homepage content, branding and promotional banners, landing pages, guides, videos, and seasonal campaigns, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to timelines
  • Lead website content from ideation and prioritization through creative development, including branding, promotions, testing, personalization, and product recommendations
  • Coordinate monthly updates and seasonal launches across multiple regional websites
  • Partner with analytics and optimization teams to monitor and improve key website KPIs, including traffic, engagement, conversion, and appointment generation.
  • Collaborate with SEO teams, agencies, and cross-functional partners to drive qualified organic traffic through keyword strategy, content optimization, and technical enhancements
  • Utilize analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Semrush, Google Search Console) to measure performance and inform optimization strategies
  • Support personalization initiatives and A/B testing programs, translating insights into actionable content improvements
  • Oversee post-purchase content channels, ratings and reviews, customer-generated content (CGC), and moderation workflows in partnership with internal teams and vendors
  • Manage web production budgets, including annual planning, monthly forecasting, purchase orders, and financial reporting
  • Stay current on digital best practices, emerging tools, and innovations (including AI) to continuously improve content effectiveness
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Vast experience in digital marketing, web content management, or e-commerce
  • Good years of experience working with website content, analytics, and UX optimization
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members
  • Strong understanding of digital KPIs and performance reporting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web analytics tools
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
  • Marketing or digital certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe, Project Management)
  • Experience with CMS platforms and Adobe tools (e.g., AEM, Adobe Analytics)
  • Background in interactive, creative, editorial, and CRM-driven digital environments
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with a strong sense of urgency
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first, empathetic approach
  • Familiarity with SEO strategy, personalization, A/B testing, and content optimization best practices
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Minimal travel required (1-2 times per year)
