Position: Manager Welfare Programs

Naimat Saleem Trust (NST) is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to creating positive social impact across Pakistan. With initiatives in health, education, and food programs, NST serves millions of underserved individuals annually. We are seeking a dynamic Manager Welfare Programs to lead, implement, and monitor our social development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead welfare programs from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with the Trust’s mission and grant guidelines.
  • Develop and track KPIs to monitor program performance and recommend improvements.
  • Oversee compliance with non-profit regulations, including PCP certification, Punjab Charity Commission, and statutory registrations.
  • Manage documentation, coordination, and communication with regulators, associated institutions, and internal teams.
  • Apply monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess program impact and prepare reports for management.
  • Ensure programs adhere to ethical standards, legal requirements, and organizational values.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Management, Public Administration, Development Studies, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in program/welfare management, preferably in social development initiatives.
  • Strong skills in M&E, data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
